Brinkworthy Place on Salt Spring Island is an age 55+ development manufacture home park on Salt Spring Island. Brinkworthy is not a strata/condo. The lots are rented.
There was an application with the Islands Trust to turn Brinkworthy into a bare land strata but it did not happen.
In our opinion, Brinkworthy is an ok investment and does provide affordable living in a convenient location and is quite a nice setting. Recent prices range from $230,000 to $490,000.
