If the water is not provided by a well the home will be on North Salt Spring, Beddis, Cedar lane, Fernwood, or Scott Point water districts
The best cell phone coverage on Salt Spring is provided by Telus mobility. Telus has two towers on Salt Spring and one on Mayne Island the other carries transmit from VI.
High-speed internet. Shaw Cable and Telus have spent millions on Salt Spring and almost all the homes get extremely fast high-speed internet.

There are two insurance brokers on Salt Spring;
Your car will have to be checked out and have a provincial safety inspection at an approved garage there are 3 on Salt Spring;
