This Salt Spring condo development was built in 8 phases from 1989 to 1996. Please note there is two street address for Roscommon 295 Lower Ganges Road and 130 Corbett Road. This usually leads to a bit of confusion but on Salt Spring we seem to be used to the odd street names.
